Georgia Groups Gear Up For Disability Day at the Capitol
So far we have several large groups who have already registered, including Partnerships for Success from Winder (bringing 50 people), Another Chance from Decatur (bringing 50 people), a group from Clayton Schools (bringing 45 people), a group from Wesley Glen Ministries in Macon (bringing 25 people) and a group from I Sign for You in Conyers (bringing 30 people).
So, from A to Z – that is Albany to Zebulon – people with disabilities and their caregivers have already made the commitment to come. We’ll form one united voice so legislators know these important issues affect one in five Georgians. If you haven’t already registered, visit www.gcdd.org to participate in the13th annual event.
