Making a Difference - Winter 2015

Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities' (GCDD) winter edition of Making a Difference quarterly news magazine hits the ground running in the new year by getting ready for the new legislative session at the Georgia State Capitol, announcing the 2015 Disability Day: Fulfilling the Promise of the ADA and diving into the new HCBS Settings Rule passed down by Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services last year.
