Purpose and Goal
The purpose of
the Financial Division of the Governor’s Council on Developmental
Disabilities (GCDD) is to provide the processes; maintain the records;
and compile the reports of all financial activity for use by Council
Members, Management and Staff. The goal is to provide this in an
accurate and timely manner. Financial Policy and Procedures are
necessary to achieve this goal.
State Plan
The Council’s
primary funding each year is from a Federal Grant from the Department
of Health and Human Services. One of the requirements of this grant is
to provide a five year State Plan that presents the Council’s goals
