voice for the voiceless by Northside Neighborhood News - Disability Day started 10 years ago when 50 people met at the state Capitol to rally around rights for people with disabilities. Despite rain and cold weather, the crowd last week was several times larger.  The Feb. 21 meeting brought together people from around the state and the world, well as those who live and work in the north side of town.
